Brad Richey is a Principal of the Pearl Real Estate Companies and serves as president of affiliates Pearl Construction, Inc. and Pearl Real Estate Management, LLC.
Brad has led the development and construction management for multiple award winning multifamily and mixed-use properties. These projects have included taking obsolete and depleted properties and converting them into vibrant and profitable assets.
Brad was a pioneer in the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program as one of the earliest to receive tax credit awards when the program started in 1987. Since then, Brad has been a leader in the development, construction, and property management of various market rate and affordable housing developments serving both for-profit financial partners and non-profit community development partners.
As a principal of the Pear Real Estate Companies, Brad has been developing, constructing, and managing real estate for over twenty-five years. Brad’s “hands on” and detail oriented approach creates tangible value for each property.
Jeff Tegethoff is a Principal of the Pearl Real Estate Companies and serves as president of affiliate Pearl Capital Management, LLC.
As president of Pearl Capital Management, LLC, Jeff focuses on raising equity and debt for funding the purchases of Pearl Real Estate Funds; portfolio properties. Much of Jeff’s time is spent communicating with individual and family office limited partners, lenders, the Fund’s third party administrator, and affiliate companies – Pearl Construction Inc., and Pearl Real Estate Management, LLC.
Since 1997, Jeff has been involved with investor relations, fund management, and operating assets related to private placement of Family Office equity. He brings to the Pearl Real Estate Companies vast experience in corporate strategy, capital structure, and business development through stages of rapid growth, having been the lead in sourcing, negotiating, and closing equity funding rounds in excess of $250 million.
Jeff has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Boston College.
